Śeṣa, śeṣin

Śeṣa, śeṣin literally means ‘part and whole’.
In the Viśiṣṭādvaita Vedānta, the jīva[1] is denotes as part.[2] of Brahman. It is called śeṣa and Brahman Himself as Seṣin.[3]
